Established in 2010, Y Seven Industrial Park has been a major support the rise of manufacturing industry in Cambodia. Building to quality construction standards, we strive to ensure the health and safety of our Industrial parks from construction to tenancy for the peaceful operation of our tenants.

Y Seven Industrial Park I and Y Seven Industrial Park III are located on National Road No. 4 in Kampong Speu province, which is abundance in labour and sits between the seaport and the airport

Y Seven Industrial Park II is located in Kandal province along National Road No. 51 that connects National Road No. 4 and No. 5.

Besides our Industrial parks, we also have smaller factories for lease located in Phnom Penh for tenant who prefers the convenience of the capital city.
